Return Policy
Returns/Exchanges: Items should not have been used and must be in a saleable condition. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
Returns for full price merchandise made within 14 Days of date of shipment may be returned for credit to the tender used for payment.
Returns made between 15 days and 90 days, may be redeemed for Olatz, Inc MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY.
Olatz, Inc Merchandise Credit will be valid for 1 year from date of issue.
All Sales are considered final.
For all returns and/or exchanges please return items in original packaging. Olatz, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping cost.
Any items made-to-order are not returnable. This includes all Hand Embroidered Collections (Antonia, Victoria, Catalina and Royal), any items that have been monogrammed or customized on any way.
